So you want to detox? Want to start the new year right? Before you start your health journey, let’s assess why you should detox in the first place. As much as we may try, it is virtually impossible to live a toxin-free life. Even if your home is kept immaculately clean and your diet is flawlessly healthy, toxins are in our air, water, and our overall environment. This form of detoxing has become very trendy and delicious. There are so many recipes to create these refreshing drinks. Ingredients may include fruits, vegetables, and spices. Besides detoxing, these drinks can aid others on their weight loss journey. Some cool flavors to try out are cucumber, lemon and mint; coconut, lemon and mint; and even lemon and strawberries.

This leaf gives the body several benefits. It can eliminate metabolic waste as well as provide numerous healthy vitamins and minerals.
