Let’s look at the most effective essential oils and learn how to get the most out of them achieve excellent teeth color.

Tea tree oil

This oil is the absolute leader among oils for teeth whitening. You should notice a difference just after the first procedure. Besides, the antibacterial abilities of tea tree oil will not only improve the color of your teeth but will help make them healthier. White teeth, fresh breath, oral health protected – what can be better?

How to use: Apply three drops to your toothbrush and brush your teeth no less than three minutes. The taste may seem weird but you’ll stop feeling it very soon.

Lemon oil

How to use: Take 2 tbsps. of sunflower oil and rinse your mouth for 10 minutes daily. Brush your teeth after the procedure.

Olive oil

Among the numerous benefits of having this oil in your daily menu, it also will help you whiten your teeth. You will need a month of regular application to see a teeth whitening effect. It will take some time but the results will also last much longer.

How to use: Soak a cotton pad in 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Wipe it into your teeth from both sides. Brush them as usual and thoroughly rinse your mouth.
