1.Let Yourself Laugh

2.Get Some Light Exercise

Exercise is a great way to not only get our minds off of what is down, but to get us up and moving. The act of physical stimulation can help shake off a funk. This could be something as simple as a short walk around on the block. Also, just getting out of the office or out of the house can be a hugely positive step to change your thinking from negative to positive.

3.Listen to Upbeat Music

4.Call a Positive Friend or Family Member
