Arnica Montana Homeopathic Medicine: Your Surgical Savior

19.10.2015 | 17:31

Surgery is an important operation that is often employed with great necessity. Thank G-d that we have this kind of technology that can save lives. In an extreme acute emergency, such as a shooting, freak accident, or another kind of serious injury, one must seek surgical help, when it is absolutely necessary.

Even homeopaths prefer to first allow victims or clients to undergo necessary surgical aid, before administering a homeopathic remedy to alleviate and support the patient, contrary to opposite claims.

When an acute situation is that severe, the physical symptom(s) are so emotionally and mentally impacting that those issues must be solely addressed, and of course, if surgery is needed, then it must be performed.

Not Everybody Is Immune

Even the statistics demonstrate the importance and usage of surgery in today’s healthcare. Just look at the U.S. alone:

  • 2011: 29% of almost 39 million hospital stays included at least one form of surgery. This accounted for almost half of the $387 billion in hospital costs.
  • Approximately 10 million+ Americans per year underwent surgical procedures
  • Surgical costs are the highest expenses for hospital stays and continue to rise thousands of dollars each year.

Use Surgery…With Caution

Again, surgery, when absolutely necessary, should not be delayed even for a minute.

Arnica is the #1 remedy for injuries and bruising, especially for bones.

That being said, surgery, like other necessary conventional procedures, also comes with side effects such as bruising, bleeding, and other types of aggravated pains. It can at times have a harsh physical after effect on your body.

Of course, regardless of whether side effects do occur or not, one must rest and take it easy for an extended period of time before moving around and becoming active again. Time does indeed heal all wounds.

But, wouldn’t it be nice to go through surgery and have those potentially painful side effects either lessened or avoidable in the first place?

Arnica Montana To The Rescue!

Arnica montana. See how this plant can aid you in surgery and for other types of bodily injuriesThis is where the role of Homeopathy comes into play.

The most common and prime acute remedy for treating bruising, bodily swelling, and other types of pains arising after a surgical procedure is none other than Arnica montana.

Also known as Leopard’s Bane or Mountain Daisy, homeopathic Arnica should not be confused with its original herbal form, which is actually be poisonous. Arnica montana, when potentized into a homeopathic remedy, is in fact safe and approved by the F.D.A., like all other homeopathic medicines.

As a chronic remedy, Arnica is fitted to persons who have an emotional shock resulting from a specific strong stimulating incident in the course of their life.

They may also have ailments from physical accidents/injuries that can result in a shock. They avoid consolation for help, they will tend to say “I’m okay,” even when they really aren’t.

For more information on the type of personality and symptoms that Arnica is best for, see this short video slideshow from Dr. Todd Rowe.

How To Use Arnica Montana For Easy & Smooth Surgeries!

Using Arnica alongside abdominal surgeries or any other major and minor surgical procedures is very simple and it will not interfere with most other medications.

Following easy, simple steps, Arnica 30c can prevent side effects, aggravated pain, and any other types of bodily injuries arising from surgery

Like other acute remedies, I usually highly suggest to use Arnica at a 30c potency. Again, when taking a dosage of any homeopathic remedy, it is enough to give just a single pellet.

Here is how you should use Arnica for before and after surgeries:

  1. At 3 days before surgery, take Arnica 30c just once. It can be at any point during the day
  2. At 2 days before surgery, take Arnica 30c two times, once in the morning and in the evening.
  3. On the day before the surgery, take Arnica 30c three times- 1x in the morning, and afternoon, and night.
  4. On the day of the surgery, take it 4x prior to surgery (it doesn’t matter how far apart you take it before surgery)
  5. On the 1st day after the surgery, take one dose of Arnica 30c once every hour
  6. On the 2nd day after the surgery, take it once every 2 hours.
  7. On the 3rd day after the surgery, take it once every 3 hours.
  8. On the 4th day after surgery, take it once every 4 hours, and continue giving that specific dosage until the patient is fully healed.

By taking Arnica in the prescribed method before surgery, the remedy can soothe both your body and mind in preparation for the actual procedure.

And of course, the purpose of taking Arnica afterwords is to heal any actual bodily injuries, bruising, bleeding etc., or prevent it from happening in the first place. It can enable the body to have a quick and easy healing.

Alternatives to Arnica – Just In Case

Opium can aid in post surgery when the patient feels tired, depressed, or just plain down after an operationAs mentioned earlier, Arnica is the #1 remedy for aiding in surgery.

That being said, if Arnica does not work or is not as effective for whatever reason, Staphysagria 30c can also be of aid. It can be used in the same method as Arnica.

Other potential remedies include Phosphorus, Acetic, Lachesis, and Anemolia.

Strontium Carbonicum can help prevent being knocked out from surgery.

Homeopathic Opium is also a great remedy for those who feel sleepy, depressed and feeling down after a surgery.

Arnica At All Times

Given that Arnica is one of the most prime remedies for regular bone and bodily injuries such as pains, sprains, bleeding, swelling, bruising, and the like, it’s highly recommended to have Arnica 30c on you at all times.

To purchase a set of FDA approved Arnica 30c from the cheapest source,
