  • Although I have not experienced menopause (not planning to anytime soon lol) I find this post very interesting that opium is a remedy for menopause. Opium can be highly addictive so I would be so nervous taking these poppy seeds! =D BUt I love the idea in treatment symptoms and illness holistically!

    • Haha well keep in mind that it’s not actually opium (that would be illegal). It’s opium converted into a homeopathic remedy. I believe that in terms of menopause, a lady needing homeopathic opium will experience tiredness, great fear, delusions, and possibly a sensation of floating.

And hopefully, you should never have to go through menopause so severely!

  • Hi there,
Thanks for this post. I’m at the menopause stage, reading your post helps me know I’m not going crazy and not coming down with some horrible illness. I read about all the medication for menopause. Is there a natural treatment for it? I mean, are there any foods or diet one could be on to minimise using medication?

    • Hey Juliet,

That’s a great question. I am not 100% sure (considering the fact that I am not a nutritionist) but if a remedy fits you good enough, then you may experience significant healing without the need to change your diet.

      Hope this helps
