  • Ahh… “sweet & salty” foods… my weakness. You know, I struggled with a lot of acne, ad skin irritations as a teenager… and now I am almost 25 years old, and I still get very bad breakouts! I look at a lot of other people my age, and they seem to have outgrown these issues – so I am sitting here wondering why I haven’t also.

    But, it makes a lot of sense, that if perhaps I start feeding my body more nutrient foods… then that might helps solve my face breakout problems. :/ I do also have oily skin, which maybe causes breakouts as well… but I didn’t know eating fish prevented that – I love fish!
