    What an informative piece and I agree with the ten reason why one should run. However, I don’t run anymore. I used to, and I stopped. You see, I have an overactive mind so everytime I ran my mind would think and in that thinking I would be un judgement of myself and others. I am wondering if you have a way that I can overcome this?
