2. Use Epsom Salt

  • Licorice.
  • Chebulic myrobalan.
  • Cardamom.

Then, mix ¼ tsp of this powder and 1 tsp of honey in 1 glass of water. Afterward, consume this mixture once every day. 5. Avoid Food Allergens

During a bowel movement, certain food can lead to irritation, causing anal itching. Plus, there are also certain foods, which can increase inflammation and itchiness. Thus, choose foods wisely. Coffee, tea, chocolate, soda and alcoholic beverages are some of the foods, which can increase rectal itching. Avoid citrus fruits such as lemons, grapes and oranges and spicy foods such as peppers and jalapenos. It is advised to stay away from these foods for a minimum of two weeks and later reintroduce them into your regular diet gradually.

6. Apple Cider Vinegar Remedy

Apple cider vinegar can control yeast and fungal infections causing anal itching. Along with that, it helps to alkalize the body.

For this remedy, you can mix raw, unfiltered ACV (2 teaspoons) in 1 glass of water. Then, consume it two times every day.

You can also add ACV (1 cup) to a hot bath. Then, soak in this resultant bathwater for around 15-20 minutes.

Follow these instructions once each day. You should repeat these remedies for a couple of days until irritation and anal itching subside.



7. Garlic For Anal Itching

  • Unprocessed oat flour or colloidal oatmeal – 1 to 2 cups.

Fill a bathtub with lukewarm water and mix the unprocessed oat flour or colloidal oatmeal in this bathtub. Thereafter, soak in this resultant water for around 15-20 minutes. It’s advisable to take an oatmeal bath once or twice daily.

10. Use Coconut Oil

For this purpose, take 2-3 tbsp of extra-virgin coconut oil and consume it every day. You can use coconut oil for cooking.

Alternatively, take some coconut oil and rub it around and in the affected area a couple of times daily to eliminate itching and burning sensations.

11. Petroleum Jelly For Anal Itching
