Vitamin deficiency is the main cause of varicose veins in young people. You should take care of your vessels, and strengthen them with the help of certain vitamins. Also, these vitamins will prevent the formation of blood clots and normalize your blood circulation. Let’s review them!

1. Rutin (vitamin P)

Rutin is especially when combined with vitamin C. It restores the elasticity of blood vessels and reduces capillary fragility. You can get this vitamin from citrus fruits, black currant berries, mountain ash, chokeberry, green tea and, oddly enough, form coffee, beer, and wine.

2. Hydrochloride (vitamin Bt)

The lack of this vitamin leads to muscle weakness, loss of sensation in the legs, burning, and swelling of the limbs. Hydrochloride is contained in beans, grains, meat, especially pork, liver and brewer’s yeast.

3. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)

Vitamin B 5 is necessary for many chemical processes occurring in our body, also it participates in blood formation. Vitamin B5 helps to synthesize fatty acids, cholesterol, and hemoglobin. It affects the metabolism of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. This vitamin is indispensable in the treatment of arthritis, colitis, or heart disease. It also affects the work of the brain and slows down the aging process and effectively helps with alcohol hangovers.

With a lack of pantothenic acid, people experience pain in the legs, muscle spasms, and the occurrence of skin diseases. This vitamin is present in the liver, peanuts, grains, grain seedlings, brewer’s yeast, bran, egg yolk, chicken, broccoli.

4. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)

Vitamin C is involved in the development of vital substances such as adrenaline. It contributes to a better supply of blood with iron, helps the body to fight against diseases. If you regularly have bruises, your wounds poorly heal, and if you are prone to frequent colds, depression, feel constant weakness, loss of appetite – most likely your body experiences a lack of ascorbic acid. A large amount of vitamin C is contained in citrus fruits, wild rose berries, black currant berries, sweet pepper, sea buckthorn, melons, tomatoes, and greens.

5. Retinol (Vitamin A)

Retinol ensures the safety of epithelial cells. This vitamin is responsible for the growth and development of bones. If your body lacks this vitamin, any wounds on the body, including trophic ulcers, will heal very poorly. Vitamin A is contained in the liver, melons, carrots, spinach, cabbage, pumpkin, fresh apricots, and milk. But you should be careful with retinol, the excess of this vitamin is dangerous for the health. A doctor will correctly determine the necessary dosage of vitamin A for you.

6. Tocopherol (Vitamin E)

Vitamin E protects the cell membranes, and thus protects the body from viruses and bacteria. Pay attention to signs of Tocopherol deficiency: nervous and muscular disorders, difficulty in walking, weakening of some reflexes, a decrease in sensitivity to vibration. Rich sources of this vitamin are vegetable oils, such as sunflower, cottonseed, corn, as well as margarine, almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds.

In addition to varicose vein treatment, you should provide your body with a sufficient amount of vitamins and substances that will strengthen your blood vessels, prevent blood clots and normalize the processes at the microcirculatory level.
