2.9.2015 | 14:52

Recently, I shared with you several great Homeopathic treatment for insomnia.

I also backed up the remedies I provided with clinical research that validated the fact that Homeopathy can easily treat insomnia and substantially aid in sleeping longer and better.

Additionally, I also shared my and other people’s experiences using sleep remedies such as Coffea Cruda. Which still to this day has worked wonders for more people.

Nonetheless, I want to share with you today some of the best natural cures for insomnia. These other methods aren’t exactly Homeopathic, but they can help you, and they’re extremely easy and practical!

Some of this advice may be obvious; some may not. The key though is to utilize most or all of my methods listed.

If you follow this advice, I can confidently guarantee that you can sleep soundly. And yes, I have tried these things myself.

Here are the natural cures:

Chamomile Tea

Chamomile teaChamomile tea is a well known type of daisy that has been used for centuries to treat numerous symptoms. It has been shown to help whether dried or fresh.

These teas care commonly purchased either as tea bags or as dry leaves.

Chamomile tea contains anti-axylotic [anti-anxiety] properties present in a number of chemical compounds, which when consumed, can help one sleep fast and comfortably.

These anti-axylotic properties have been found in several studies which have concluded that Chamomile can treat insomnia and anxiety-related issues.

As a frequent tea drinker [just had one now] I as well as my entire family often drink chamomile tea at night after dinner, precisely because of the fact that it helps us sleep easily. And it tastes good!

When consuming Chamomile tea at night, make sure to drink a half hour to an hour before sleeping, so that the tea will digest into your system, allowing you to reap its beneficial sleeping effects.

Though most teas are loaded with caffeine, Chamomile tea has very little, if any, so you do not have to worry about that at all when drinking at night.

Wine

Another beverage to consider, especially at night at the end of your evening meal, is a single, modest glass of red wine.

Though alcohol in general can actually disrupt sleep cycles, red wine is a critical exception.

Not only is it great for helping with food digestion after a meal, but as long as you drink 3-4 hours before bedtime, the alcohol in wine will already metabolized, allowing you to sleep through the night.

However, drinking more than 1 glass of red wine or other alcoholic beverages may delay metabolization and cause insomnia and sleep disruptions.

It can also

So therefore, drink wisely. One modest cup of red wine after eating dinner [which should be finished by 6-7 pm] should do the trick.

I usually tend to drink wine on Friday nights after dinner, and I have always been able to sleep just fine.

Avoid Day Naps & Caffeine…They’ll Keep You Up

I actually do this when I need to stay up at night.

It’s as simple as it sounds: if you nap during the day, you will guarantee yourself an almost sleepless night.

Sleeping reenergizes your body. Therefore when sleeping during the day, your body gets an influx of energy which can last until close to midnight hours.

Furthermore drinking caffeine drinks like coffee, dark teas, and hot cocoa during the late afternoon hours can keep you hyped up at night.

Not avoiding the naps and caffeine will mean that you won’t be able to sleep at night, which means you’ll be groggy during the whole entire next day.

 Clean Your Nose!

Having a congested nose can cause restless sleeping and snoring, which can eliminate the precious
nighttime hours of sleep that you need.Xlear Nasal Car Spray

When your nose is free of congestion, your nasal passageways are more open, and your able to breathe easily. This in turn allows you to sleep peacefully.

Make sure to blow out and clean your nose every night before retiring for bed. As a person with decreased sinus issues, I highly recommend using Xlear’s Nasal Care Spray. It gets the job done and it’s all natural.

Insomulex…A Homeopathic Remedy?

Though it brands as a Homeopathic medicine, I personally do not call it Homeopathic, because it’s not Homeopathic in the classical sense. I see it more as a natural remedy.

It’s not using one remedy to treat the person as a whole for all mental, emotional, and physical symptoms.

Rather this and other similar “remedies” utilize a combination of multiple remedies to to treat acute cases. It also uses Camphor and other natural ingredients.

Nonetheless, since Homeopaths on rare occasions may require a person to take multiple remedies, and this specific “Homeopathic” treatment is safe, it wouldn’t hurt to try it if all else fails.

Here are Insomulex’s benefits:

  • Contains numerous Homeopathic remedy combinations covering various sleep disorders including insomnia
  • The treatment is FDA approved and also approved by Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS)
  • Has 0 side effects and is 100% safe.
  • Contains exclusive natural ingredients
  • Does not have a bad taste or any artificial coloring or preservatives
  • Its producers, Hellolife, have a 60-day guarantee or you’ll be full refunded.

You basically have nothing to lose-both medically and financially by considering this product.

Other Tips….Keep These in Mind!

The above are the best tips for a good night’s sleep. The following are some additional methods that can also aid in sleeping quite quickly:

Reading a book before sleep will wear you down. As you read through a novel or nonfiction book or whatever you prefer, you will eventually tire down.

Reading, glancing at the pages, reading back and forth a few lines or pages of a book can underratedly exhaust you. But, this will only work if you’re reading while lying on your bed.

Avoiding electronic devices such as laptops or cellphones can also help.

Keeping your room at a reasonable temperature can snuggle you into bed without waking up from intense heat or cold.

Most importantly, you have to keep your room as dark as possible. Any bit of light can hinder your ability to sleep soundly.

Conclusion

If you want to sleep soundly and you don’t have a Homeopathic remedy nearby, remember to drink Chamomile tea or wine after dinner, avoid late afternoon naps or caffeine, and make your room as comfortable as possible.

If you follow my advice, you’ll be asleep in no time on a consistent basis!
